STRENGTHS

• Response time good/improved
• Access files from home
• Interest in using Google Apps
• Knowledgeable staff
• No overwhelming negative response

AREAS OF IMPROVEMENT

• Consistency of Citrix
• Varying and more tech PD

SPECIFIC IMPROVEMENTS

• Remove email/reporting from Citrix....help people use other email tools (look at Steve's reports)
• Carol - need more ProTraxx PD/clear definition...or 800/email
• Google Apps email - not syncing...what are they using it for?
• Student mailing lists in Google Apps (career center)
  • (are they created, who is checking)
  • Old student mailing lists being used?
  • Teachers think they have to go to google apps to email students
  • How combine the two
  • 5-10 only Google Apps
  • 11-12 still using Branford.K12.ct.us (Keith check others)
• Google Apps - flag student based in year
• Google Apps with Google Groups? (do create better mailing lists)
• DO we sync teacher email Exchange=Google?
• DO we clean AD accounts entering 5th grade?
